- Reality (Gap): I often get distracted during asynchronous lessons especially when I study alone at home.
- Causes/Conditions: I check my phone frequently, get distracted by social media, or think about other tasks.
- Effects/Results: Procrastination, reduced productivity, and stress about falling behind.
- Goal: Be prepared for lessons by reading up on the content beforehand to maximize efficiency and feel more confident.
- Possible Changes:
- Designate a dedicated study area to minimize distractions.
- Limit phone usage by putting it in another room or turning it off.
- Set a goal to achieve before you can take a break and use your phone.
- Testing the Hypothesis (Solution): Create a study space, turn off the phone, and set a target for what you want to achieve during this time.
- Outcome of Change: Increased focus and productivity, finishing tasks on time with reduced stress.
